The Slimming World Files | Week 20, 21 & 23



Heya Everyone.

Just a quick little update, due to a teething Darcy and tonsillitis I have been on and off plan the last three weeks. Even though I have been off planned I have tried to make healthier choices with the naughty foods I have been eating.


Week 20, I wasn't able to get to class as Darcy was teething. I did have a weekend off plan of cheering us both up, but resigned to get back on track the following week.


Week 21, I did SP for half the week to make up for my naughty behaviour the week before and lost 4lbs.


Week 22 I was ill with tonsillitis for the whole week and was off plan, I still dragged myself to class and maintained which I was happy with.


I'm 4 and a half pounds away from my 3 stones award, so I need to get back on the wagon and work towards it. Ideally by the end of the month.


Here are a few things I have been eating.

Breakfast



Summer fruit porridge
Full English
Lunch
Tuna Melt with salad
Dinner
Roast chicken dinner
Sweet Chilli drumsticks with homemade coleslaw 
Snacks

2 Syns each

2,5 Syns each
Last month I set myself 5 Non Scale Goals which were:


  1. Lose 10 lbs
  2. Get my 2.5 Stone Award
  3. Achieve Bronze Body Magic
  4. Eat more speed foods
  5. Stay on plan and keep my head in the game

I lost which i'm ok with, i will just do better this month. I got my 2.5 stone award woop! woop!, I have been doing Body Magic but I haven't been putting it on the app properly so it has not registered it. I swapped my usual favourite fruits of bananas and grapes for apples, pears and plums which are speed fruit.

My goals for June are;


  1. Aim to lose 2lbs a week
  2. Get my 3 stones award
  3. Do weekly Meal Plans
  4. Drink more water
  5. Stick to 10 Syns a day

  5. Ohhhh the sweet chilli drumsticks look divine, I am missing chicken! All the meals look amazing - Slimming World still blows my mind. Don't worry about taking time off to be ill... you eat what you want and feel better soon! You have had an amazing journey and to be a few pounds away from 3 stone is a fantastic achievement!
