Review & Giveaway | Kiqplan Slim & Trim

Heya everyone,

Those of you who have been readers for a while know I've been on a healthy eating and fitness plan since January. I was recently ask to to review the “Slim & Trim Plan”

Kiqplan is your own online digital coach. The 12 weeks plan which was created by personal
trainers, dietitians and qualified fitness experts. include workouts, recipes, fitness tracking, food tracking all in one app.

For £19.99 you choice the fitness plan you want. I choose to review the Slim & Trim plan because it is designed  for women of all shapes and sizes. Let’s be honest I am not going to be Slim & Trim any time soon; but I would love to improve my fitness and tone up a little.

Kiqplan also have other plans which include; Beer Belly Blaster, Healthy Baby Bump, Goodbye Baby Bump, Your First 5 km,10 km Run Ready, Bikini Hot and Sun's out, Guns out. There is an app to suit everyone.

So how does Kiqplan work?

It’s not a secret that I am not the most tech savvy person, but I have found this so easy to use. I have many apps on my phone, but this is one that I actually use. I have found it so easy to use, yes if I’m honest I may not follow their diet plan to the T as I am on Slimming World, however there are some really handy tips which I have been using.

There are lots of yummy recipes which I will be adapting to fit in with my Slimming World plan. What I really love about the app is tips on thinking positvity, calming down and relaxing more, it's definitely full of useful information.

You can follow Kiqplan on their following social media channels Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

I have been given the opportunity to give one of you a Kiqplan Slim & Trim for you to try for yourself. All you need to do to be in with a chance to win is enter via the rafflecpoter form below.

It's as easy as that, good luck!
