Heya Everyone
So...as the title of the blog states I have been off the wagon for the past 2 weeks. As you all know I have lost over 2 stones so far. I was rather strict on myself. I was making myself obsessed with syns. All I wanted to see was the result on those scales however I was only getting 1 lb here and 2 lbs there. I know a loss is a loss but I found it disheartening with all the hard work I was putting it. So I decided to have a day off and it turned into 2 weeks.
However I need to remember it’s not a diet I'm on -  I'm in the middle of a lifestyle change. So I went to class and faced the music, a 5 lbs gain which is not that bad. I was expecting at least 7lbs. I’m going back to basics, writing everything down, no cheat days, no going over my syns allowance.

Last month I set myself 5 Non Scale Goals which were:

  1. Fit into the dress I wore for my 30th Birthday Party
  2. Drink 7 glasses of water a day
  3. Try a new recipe every week
  4. Use my food diary daily
  5. Do 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week
I was pleased as punch to fit back into my dress I just need somewhere glam to wear it. I did however fail with the other four. I have set myself my goals for the month of May:
  1. Lose 10 lbs
  2. Get my 2.5 Stone Award
  3. Achieve Bronze Body Magic
  4. Eat more speed foods
  5. Stay on plan and keep my head in the game

So I’m back on the wagon. What do you do to keep yourself motivated whilst on a diet?
