Easy Vegan Pancake| How To Make Healthy Pancakes


I have shared a few pancakes recipes on this blog and this time I'm bringing you a simple vegan pancake recipe, hope your going to like it as much as I do!
Ingredients
300ml almond/oat milk
50ml vegetable oil
2tsp vanilla essence
2tbsp caster sugar
2tbsp baking powder
220g plain flour

Method
Add all your wet ingredients into a bowl
Add the baking powder and flour
Give it a good stir
Heat a pan and add the oil of your choice, I like coconut oil
ladle the pancake batter into the pan, spread the mixture out evenly
cook for a few minutes until golden, toss or use a palette knife to flip over the pancake and cook for another minute
